1.Citracium membership benefits only apply to orders placed through the Citracium website and Citracium concept stores.

2.Citracium member year-round discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or cash vouchers.

3.Citracium member level upgrades take effect after order payment is completed. The system will calculate and update the membership tier the next day at midnight based on the upgrade conditions.

4.Birthday shopping credits for Citracium members will be issued on the 1st of the member’s birthday month (members must fill in the birthday month in their profile settings to be eligible; no retroactive claims allowed). The shopping credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

5.Citracium Company Ltd. reserves the final right to modify at any time the structure, benefits, and other aspects of the “Citracium Membership” program, including these terms and conditions, or to terminate the “Citracium Membership” program.

6.Citracium Company Ltd. will endeavor to notify members of any changes to the “Citracium Membership” program and/or these terms and conditions. However, members are responsible for staying informed about updates and changes to the program and these terms. Continued use of any Citracium Membership products or benefits constitutes acceptance of any such changes. Citracium Company Ltd. and its partner organizations shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from changes to the “Citracium Membership” program or these terms and conditions.

7.Citracium membership benefits are for your personal consumption only. It is strictly prohibited to share, transfer, rent, or otherwise dispose of your membership account (whether for payment or free of charge) with others, or to use the benefits for other purposes (such as sales, commercial, or business purposes).

8.If we suspect any misuse or abuse of a membership account, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and any associated orders.

9.Members are responsible for keeping their password secure. Citracium Company Ltd. shall not be liable for any transactions made by third parties who gain access to a member’s account due to intentional or unintentional disclosure of the password.

10.Not all members are eligible to participate in all promotional activities. Citracium Company Ltd. may impose additional restrictions on a member’s eligibility to participate in specific promotions. All members participating in promotional activities are deemed to have accepted any specific terms and conditions set by Citracium Company Ltd. for those activities.

11.Citracium Company Ltd. will handle personal data collected under the membership program in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and Citracium Company Ltd.’s privacy policy and statement.

12.In the event of any dispute arising from the Citracium Company Ltd. membership program, Citracium Company Ltd. shall be the sole and final arbitrator, and its decision shall be fully binding on members.
